Loath to admit the increasingly obvious, Cardinals manager Tony La Russa simply says he's not ready to talk about who will start Opening Day for his team. Hesitant to overstep his bounds, right-hander Adam Wainwright only admits that the possibility of receiving that assignment has crossed his mind.
