- Chris Duncan swung the bat with authority, almost hit for the cycle. Impact bat off the bench.
- Colby Rasmus not having a great spring camp, doesn't look good.
- Kyle Lohse looked really good, good command in the strike zone.
- Skip Schumaker took grounders from the pitching machine, word is he did pretty well.
- Schumaker has no options left to go to the minors and work on this.
- Allen Craig is a power bat, most likely to get a move to first base at Triple-A Memphis.
- Chris Carpenter feeling real good, his appearances are scaled down compared to the other starting pitchers. Doesn't think he'll be in the rotation on opening day.
- Jim Edmonds wants to play and be an everyday player, 440 at-bats?
