Edgar Renteria Has Tightness In Right Elbow, May Still Play Sunday For Giants

Third baseman Pablo Sandoval and shortstop Edgar Renteria sustained mild injuries in the Giants' 11-10 exhibition loss to the San Diego Padres at Peoria, Ariz.
