Cardinals' Joel Pineiro Puts World Baseball Classic Snub Behind Him
Today was the day St. Louis Cardinals righthander Joel Pineiro, in front of family and friends, figured he was going to be a member of the Puerto Rican team which begins play in the World Baseball Classic in San Juan, P.R.
