Toronto, who will play the Pittsburgh Pirates here tonight, also announced today that Mike Maroth, who signed a minor league deal with Toronto in December, has been released along with pitcher Rick Bauer.
And Matt Clement, who was designated for assignment by the Blue Jays a couple of days ago, has agreed to report to Toronto's Triple-A affiliate in Las Vegas.
