Today we saw more arrivals, and a few more arms stepping to the mound. The video above is of 2008 Cardinals Minor League Pitcher of the Year Jess Todd. Todd is projected by some as a middle reliever, or a mid to back of the rotation starter. This will be his first exposure in Major League spring training.
