Pitchers and catchers officially report today to the St. Louis Cardinals’ spring training complex at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter Florida, ending one of the longest off-seasons ever for a lot of Cardinal fans still reeling from the team’s fourth place finish in 2008.
