After a visit with Cards pitching coach Dave Duncan, he 2009 spring training opening day starter for the St. Louis Cardinals will be...RHP Blake Hawksworth. He will be followed by Kyle Lohse, Todd Wellemeyer, Chris Carpenter, and Joel Pineiro. Beginning the second turn, will be Adam Wainwright.
