Luckiest Pitchers In The Majors In 2008

The luckiest pitchers in the majors last year? Texas' Vicente Padilla (7), Sidney Ponson of the Yankees and Texas (6), Minnesota's Scott Baker (6), Tampa Bay's Edwin Jackson (6) and the Cubs' Ted Lilly (5) were the only pitchers whose teams scored 10-plus runs in at least five of their starts. St. Louis' Kyle Lohse and the Giants' Matt Cain and Barry Zito were the only pitchers to make 30-plus starts without ever getting double-digit support.
