Jeff Sackmann is using Sean Smith’s Total Zone Rating, which has been shown to correlate well with UZR. Maybe more statistically inclined azruavatar can come and tell us what he thinks these numbers are worth, I don’t really know for sure. You can take them with a grain of salt.
