There won't be any hiding the fact that Major League Baseball will hold its All-Star Game in St. Louis on July 14. The event is featured prominently in the Cardinals' advertising campaign for this season and it was the theme of the annual baseball writers' dinner at the Millennium Hotel on Monday night.
