With the Oakland A's apparently ramping up their pursuit of free-agent shortstop Rafael Furcal, Bobby Crosby is in limbo. Oakland's first-round pick in the 2001 First-Year Player Draft and the 2004 American League Rookie of the Year, Crosby is in the strange position of being under contract with a team that's actively looking to replace him.
