George Kissell Memorial Celebration

A memorial celebration of the life of George Marshall Kissell, 88, St. Petersburg, Fla., a native of Evans Mills and former resident of Sackets Harbor, will be at 4 p.m. Dec. 13 at Al Lang Field, St. Petersburg.
