It was a roller coaster season for the Cardinals starting rotation. Once again decimated by injuries the organization relied on the scrap heap, undervalued free agents, converted relievers and the magc of pitching coach Dave Duncan. But the results weren’t nearly as detrimental as they could have been. So without delay, here is the second installment of the Redbirds Report Cards… the starting rotation.
