It's widely supposed that CC Sabathia is the top target in the free agent starting pitcher bidding. But with Sabathia's talk that he wants to pitch on the West Coast, seemingly putting the big spending the Red Sox and Yankees out of the bidding, I wonder if Derek Lowe might end up being the big prize.
