RHP Scott Gorgen didn’t factor into the decision in game one of the NYP League championship series, despite pitching six complete shutout innings and paving the way for a Batavia victory Friday night. Gorgen takes home the Birdhouse ‘Pitcher of the Day‘ honors as a consolation.
