There’s been a lot of chatter in the past day or two about the Giants being CC Sabathia’s preferred landing spot. He’s apparently told friends and front-office people in Cleveland that his first choice would be to play near his hometown of Vallejo. (Which, as I’ve noted, is inconsistently mispronounced.)
