After eight weeks of play in the 2008 Venezuelan Summer League, the VSL Cardinals rookie-level club has leveled up with a 24-24-3 record, in fourth, nine games out of first place in the eight-team league. Alberto Rivero and Deimer Bier are among this week’s standouts.
