For 2 1/2 years, a gaping dirt hole has sat adjacent to Busch Stadium. But after countless hours of negotiations, Ballpark Village will come to fruition.

As it turns out, the revised proposal for Ballpark Village released Wednesday looks a lot like the one from two years ago, but allows the developers to drop some of it, if they want.
