Anheuser-Busch Sues InBev To Block Move To Boot Board
Anheuser-Busch Cos. shot back at InBev with a federal lawsuit aimed at blocking the ouster of A-B board members and accusing the Belgian brewer of breaking securities law through an illegal takeover scheme.
