For Ronnie McClurg and Manny Pontonio, there’s a special pride in watching former Dalton High and University of Georgia standout Mitchell Boggs perform so effectively for the St. Louis Cardinals up to this point in his Major League career. That’s because they both had a helping hand in Boggs’ athletic upbringing.
