David Eckstein(Blue Jays):
If Wednesday's test was any indication, the Blue Jays may not have to wait much longer for the return of their starting shortstop. David Eckstein, who went on the disabled list retroactive to May 7 with a strained right hip flexor, worked out at the Metrodome and then pronounced himself on course to come off the DL as soon as the mandatory 15 days have expired.
