Woody Williams(Astros):
The Astros' plan is to finalize their final Opening Day roster after their game on Saturday, and although the lineup is mostly set, discussions are still taking place between manager Cecil Cooper and general manager Ed Wade.

Scott Rolen(Blue Jays):
Of course, the down side is the revelation that third baseman Scott Rolen, acquired in an offseason trade for Troy Glaus, probably won't return until May after suffering a non-displaced fracture of his right middle finger.

Russell Branyan & Abraham Nunez(Brewers):
Yost reiterated that Vinny Rottino will be the everyday catcher at Nashville. Munson will serve as Rottino's backup and will also share time at first base with Brad Nelson and Russell Branyan.

Branyan will also play third base and Ozzie Chavez and Abraham Nunez will man shortstop and second base, though Hernan Iribarren will also play some second when he's not in the outfield, Melvin said. The Brewers intend to send their top infield prospect, shortstop Alcides Escobar, to Double-A Huntsville.

Jeff Suppan(Brewers):
Suppan surrendered three runs in the first two innings and it could have been much worse had he not stranded four runners on base. Suppan suffered his third spring loss, but was much better over his final three innings of work, retiring eight of the final nine hitters he faced before exiting at the 93-pitch mark.
