Tomo Ohka joined the White Sox on Thursday through a Minor League deal with a non-roster invitation to Spring Training. Ohka, who turns 32 on March 18, finished 2-5 with a 5.79 ERA over 10 starts for Toronto last season. The right-hander figures to give Triple-A Charlotte a veteran presence in its starting rotation.
