Mark Mulder is a casual NASCAR fan, so he knows what it's like to crash.
Shoulder injuries have put the brakes on Mulder's previous two seasons. The St. Louis Cardinals ace has made just 20 starts, thanks to a torn rotator cuff. But he feels better now, as he continues his regimen of throwing off the mound every other day.
