While other A's pitchers are throwing hard from the mound, Kiko Calero is limited to playing catch. And considering he's doing it without pain, that's fine with the right-handed reliever.
Calero endured a miserable 2007 season. He finished with a career-high 5.75 ERA and appeared in just 46 games because of a right-shoulder injury that turned out to be a torn rotator cuff.
