It was a year ago today that I decided to start a St. Louis Cardinals blog from a fan's perspective. In retrospect, it might not have been the best idea to try to strike up a baseball chat a few days before the Super Bowl. But I figured I better get started before my bosses changed their minds about giving me the green light.
