Cardinals manager Mike Matheny will remain back at the team's complex at Roger Dean Stadium today and not make the trip to Kissimmee, Fla., with the club because of symptoms that made it difficult for him to travel.
The Cardinals traveled to Kissimmee this morning sans manager Mike Matheny, who remained in Jupiter due to illness. Bench coach Mike Aldrete will serve as the team’s acting manager for the game today.
