Day 9: 'Bird Seed
With Tuesday in the books, the Cardinals have three more workout days remaining before Grapefruit League games start on Saturday. They have also now completed their first rotation of live batting practices. Every pitcher in camp (aside from Carlos Martinez, who isn’t here) has thrown a session of live BP. The fact that no one has been stalled or held back to this point speaks to the positives on the health side.
