Bandit starter Ryan Copeland (0-1) was making his first start of the season for the Bandits and didn't fare well. The left-hander went four innings allowing six runs on eight hits while striking out three and the Bandits went on to lose 8-5.
His team lost an 8-5 Midwest League game to Clinton.
He didn't fare any better in an argument that followed a disputed home run call.
